My Aspen Sound Healing Journey
Over the past summers, I’ve led Aspen sound healing group classes at Maroon Creek Club, including a chakra sound healing series that filled the air with healing vibrations, balance, and renewed energy. I also hosted Full Moon and New Moon events at The Aspen Hive, where Cynthia graciously opened her beautiful doors for the community to gather for powerful sound baths and cacao ceremonies.
Additionally, I’ve led private sound healing sessions for high performers, families, and individuals that were seeking renewal, balance and deep relaxation.
Aspen holds a special place in my heart—my family has been visiting Aspen for over 25 years, and I’ve been blessed to join them every summer and fall season since 2020. It’s here, surrounded by nature’s majesty, that my sound healing offerings have deepened, expanded and I am forever grateful for it. Aspen is truly my happy place—there’s nothing better than being surrounded by nature, resetting my soul, and soaking in the beauty of the aspen trees, the mountains, and all the incredible hikes this magical place has to offer.
It’s also where one of the most beautiful moments of my life happened: after hiking Little Annie’s Trail, I was proposed to on the Aspen Mountain!
There’s something truly special about offering sound healing in this nature heaven that Aspen is. The land itself seems to amplify the vibrations—holding space for deeper relaxation, profound emotional release, and soul-level transformation.
